Here&Now365 selected for Cultural Diversity Framework by COI

Here&Now365, a diversity media agency in the UK has been selected by the Central Office of Information (COI) for their Cultural Diversity Agency Framework after going through a rigorous procurement process on the basis of its proven ability to effectively target the ethnic minorities group and the subgroups within it.

COI is the Government's centre of excellence for marketing and communications. COI works with government departments and agencies to produce information campaigns on issues that affect the lives of every citizen - from health and education to benefits, rights and welfare.

COI has reviewed its framework (roster) of agencies that historically specialized in communicating with Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities. The framework - worth approximately £3 million per annum - was established in 2004 following COI's Common Good Research into communicating with ethnic minorities. It aimed to increase effectiveness of government campaigns, tailoring communications taking account of citizens' cultural nuances.
